How does more training sound?
Your instructor will now determine whether we will recommend private lessons, then a Day 2 repeat, or just a Day 2 repeat. It is entirely up to you which option
you choose. Your instructor’s recommendation, including how many private lessons
they think you will require, will be included in the email our Customer Service Team
will send you within three business days.
We charge only $99 for each private lesson instead of our typical $159 for 1.5 hours
of personal, one-on-one tuition. This covers our costs only. We do it to ensure you
are safe and can complete Day 2 and prepare for your two-wheel freedom.
The other option is to go straight to a Day 2 repeat, the first attempt
provided at no cost to you. You must complete the Day 2 repeat within 28 days from
your first attempt at Day 2. If you cannot achieve Day 2 outcomes in your second
attempt, you can have as many subsequent attempts at Day 2 as you need, at $150 for
each next effort, provided you complete Day 2 within 28 days of your original
course date.
If you cannot get through Day 2 within 28 days of your first course, you must book and pay for a whole new MPA Course (both days) and start again for
the discounted rate of $299. If you fail to attend the free scheduled Day 2, you must re-book and repay for a whole new MPA (both days) at the standard rate.
Next steps
There is nothing for you to do at this stage. Our friendly customer service team
will be in contact with you via email within 3 business days, to book you in. They
will also provide you with this information again, so you have a copy.
