Staying Upright for 3 decades and counting
Stay Upright began in 1981 when a pair of Police rider trainers took their knowledge to the masses – that first session by founders Warwick Schuberg and Max Withers introduced a whole new concept to rider training – it’s not your hands and feet that are the most important, but how you think!
Since becoming the Australian pioneers of motorcycle rider training back then, Stay Upright Rider Training remains the leader in the field, aiming to deliver the very best rider training programmes in the country, from L-plates to Track riding to Adventure courses and everything in between!
SU’s vision remains the same as it always has – to reduce the amount of motorcycle riders involved in road accidents and to improve rider’s skills and their way of thinking about their riding.
Stay Upright continues to strive to be the best educator in the world when it comes to motorcycle rider training across all forms of two-wheeled activities (and four wheels with ATVs), using Best Practice coaching methods, delivered in a down to earth manner. It’s important stuff, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be fun!
