How does more training sound?
Your instructor feels that you would benefit from completing an
additional Day 2 course, to help you achieve the learning outcomes.
This training is provided at no charge to you.
If you are unable to achieve Day 2 outcomes in your second attempt
or fail to attend the course, you will be required to book and pay for a
future Pre-Learner course and start again. You have 28 days from your
first attempt at Day 2, to get through the repeat Day 2.
Next steps
There is nothing for you to do at this stage. Our friendly customer service team
will be in contact with you via email within 3 business days, to book you in. They
will also provide you with this information again, so you have a copy.
