Vulnerable Road User Program
The Vulnerable Road User Program is designed to give new and inexperienced drivers insight, awareness and respect for sharing the road with vulnerable road users. The course consists of a 1 hour pre-course component and 2 hour online workshop via Zoom with our experienced Instructors. Stay Road Right is an Approved Course Provider for the ACT Vulnerable Road User Program and the the program is an approved learner licence program under the Road Transport (Driver Licensing) Regulation 2000.

As an Approved Course Provider by the ACT Government, Stay Road Right is pleased to be able to offer the Vulnerable Road User Program to new drivers.
The course focuses on three main types of Vulnerable Road Users which drivers may come into contact with during their driving activities including Motorcycle Riders, Cyclists and Pedestrians.
The course is divided into two parts:
- Part 1: a 1 hour self-paced pre-course workbook. The workbook is designed to create an initial awareness to the Vulnerable Road Users and is completed prior to attending the Workshop. You will be emailed the workbook as part of your booking confirmation.
- Part 2: a 2 hour online workshop. This workshop includes information sessions on the types of Vulnerable Road Users and includes interactive work groups and activities.
By completing the Vulnerable Road User Program, you will receive a certificate of completion as well as 10 hours towards your Learner Logbook hours.
To be eligible for this course, you need to have held your ACT Learner Licence for at least 3 months.
