STAY UPRIGHT "DIRT DAYS" BASIC OFF-ROAD SKILLS COURSE

Stay Upright Dirt Days are designed for those seeking to gain basic off-road riding skills. It is aimed at riders with minimal off-road riding experience but have always wanted to learn the basic techniques involved in riding a dirt bike.

The NSW courses are held at Oran Park Motocross Circuit and run for 8 hours with a maximum of twelve to a course.

when riding on the highway or in traffic?
Learn and practice the most effective low risk road riding
techniques with Australia’s foremost rider training company.
Topics covered include-
• Effective rider thinking styles and decision making to reduce risk
• Braking techniques
• Safe cornering skills
• Lane positioning
• Plus other low risk riding strategies
• As well as 4 hours on road training with a qualified Instructor
This one day course is available through all Stay Upright training centres (subject to minimum number of 5 persons per course).
