We offer 2 one day options Northern ride or Southern ride:
1 Day Tour - Northern ride (distance approx 210kms)
Ride the scenic Captain Cook Highway to Port Douglas. After lunch ride up the Rex Range Highway. Just south of Mossman we ride past sugar cane fields then up the mountain to Julatten. From there we head to Mareeba via Mnt Molloy then down the Kuranda range with sensational views of the coral sea before heading back to Cairns.
1 Day Tour - Southern ride (distance approx 200kms)
Ride up the Kuranda range to Atherton, Tinaroo Falls and Lake
Tinaroo. After lunch ride down the famous Gillies Highway. There
are over 258 corners in about 19kms with great views of the
Bellonden Ker National Park after turning onto the Bruce Highway
we head back to Cairns.

We ride north from Cairns up the famous Captain Cook Highway with Coral Sea and Great Barrier Reef views always with us. We ridethrough lush rainforest to Cape Tribulation via Mossman and DaintreeNational Park. Its then a gravel road to Helensvale after a stop at the
famous Lions Den Hotel. Our accommodation this night is at CooktownSovereign Hotel. Day 1: 250km – 90km gravel road. The next day we head south to Lakeland, Palmer River Roadhouse to Mount Molloy. After lunch it’s the Rex Range and then on to Cairns. Approx 360km. |

Day 1 – Distance approx 220km : You are collected from your accommodation and taken
to our centre at Smithfield. After a short briefing and getting aquainted with the fleet of
motorcycles, we head off north along the scenic Captain Cook Highway. Lunch is at P.K.’s Resort. After lunch we head off up the Bloomfield Track to the historic Lions Den Hotel, then onto Cooktown. Plenty of time for photos at Black Mountain and Grassy Hill Lookout. Our accommodation in Cooktown is at the Sovereign Hotel where we will indulge in a 3 course meal.
Day 2 – Distance approx 320kms: After a big hearty breakfast we head off at 8.00am for Lakeland about 82kms from Cooktown. After refueling we head outback about 140kms on the Peninsula
Development Road to Hahn River Roadhouse where we have lunch. We then ride onto Lotus Bird Lodge for our second night of luxury in the outback. If time permits there is a chance to explore the area further and try to spot a croc or two.
Day 3 – Distance approx 460kms : After breakfast we head off about 8.30am and travel through Musgrave, Hahn River and Lakeland. We then travel south on the Peninsula Development Road (sealed) to Palmer River Roadhouse for lunch. After lunch we head off south to Mt. Molloy where we have plenty of time for photo stops, sweeping corners and mountain ranges. We then travel
back to the coast via the Rex Range to our base in Cairns via the Captain Cook Highway where you will be taken back to your accommodation. |
